Applicant must be open-minded, energetic, well groomed, well organized and able to ASK FOR THE SALE. Strengths needed include a courteous manner under pressure, good listening and communication skills and a win/win attitude. You will work with a focused team that expects responsibility and accountability and you will be able to follow a structured sales program. This commission-based position allows for profit shar ing 401 K plans, medical coverage and vehicle. Training. Bonus programs and a six- figure income is very achievable.
